We offer psychotherapy through Skype. Having therapy sessions on Skype has several advantages:
1) You don’t need to travel to see your therapist. You can have the freedom to have therapy sessions from anywhere in the world. This is a great opportunity for those who have a very busy life style. It can also be very helpful for those who suffer from depression or have high anxiety about leaving home.
2) It’s more economical
3) There’s generally more flexibility
4) You might feel more relaxed and in control of the sessions in the comfort of your own home or your office.
Please beware that Skype Therapy is not a medical treatment. If you have been diagnosed with mental illness, please consult your psychiatrist about appropriate treatment for you.
A Skype session normally lasts 50 minutes. Usually, we would meet once a week. The number of sessions will vary depending on your needs.
